Accordingly, it is prohibited to download (reproduce), retransmit to the public, use in any other way, electronically store, process, or sell any content displayed on the happyfamilymedia.hu.hu website or any part thereof without the Service Provider’s written consent.

Any materials may be obtained from the happyfamilymedia.hu.hu website and its databases only after receiving written consent and by providing a reference to the given website.

The Service Provider reserves all rights extending to all elements and domain names of its services.

The User acknowledges that the penalty is not excessive and browses the site in knowledge thereof. In case of a violation of copyright, the Service Provider shall apply for a notarial certification of facts, the amount of which will also be charged to the infringing user.
